When you begin developing a product or service review page you have one goal in mind… To make money. While you are developing the page there is one lingering challenge in the back of your mind. How are you going to get this page ranked high enough to get good free traffic from search engines? The fact of the matter is that despite the fact that Google does not like link farms, they do love good quality links, and lots of them.

So how do you get these high quality links? Something I’ve noticed is that googlebot does not like to spend more time than necessary on a “Partners” page. If you do have a partners page, it will be some time before it becomes indexed and let’s face it. No one is going to exchange links with you if the page their link is going to be placed on is not indexed. Fair trades start with some value being given on both ends of the bargain.

Writing articles is quite effective and tough to beat, but there is another way to get good quality links to your site. Take the time to sign up to Squidoo.com. There you can create you own custom html pages on their site. Check out one of my reviews of ProeAffiliate. This is very powerful because you can establish the keywords for your custom html page and then write articles to point links to it containing the anchor text of your choice. The reason this is more powerful than simply writing an article is because you decide the keywords for the page and you can make the page very relevant to the keywords you are targeting. This way the links that you place on the custom Squidoo page are given a high quality rating.

I’m not saying to make only Squidoo pages, because they will not get indexed on their own. You will have to write an article or two to get the Squidoo page itself indexed. The payoff is definitely worth it once you finish this task. I suggest repeating the model over and over again with as many sites that you can find that allow users to post custom pages. December 03, 2007 Pawel Reszka launched a Free Warrior Special Offer promoting the creation of free webpages on his website www.affhelper.com If you do a search in Google for affiliate marketing, you will notice that his site comes up on the first page of results. Additionally, Pawel also welcomed anyone creating a custom html page on his site to place a link of there choice into their user generated page.

If you haven’t realized it yet, Pawel has the beta version currently running on his site and he is testing it out to find any bugs in the script prior to any sales.
